DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:
Due
to completion of Project F‑63‑1 (8) ‑‑20‑26, Unsigned
Iowa 957 will revert to the Davis County Secondary Road system effective
October 11, 1977 in accordance with an agreement between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and Davis County, Iowa approved by Commission Order number H‑77‑245
on November 18, 1976; and should therefore be officially removed from the
Primary Road System.

southeasterly; thence easterly through ¼ Section line of Section 30‑T68N‑R14W;
thence curving northwesterly and northerly following the section line of
Section 29, 20 and 17‑T68N‑R14W to a point in the W ¼ Corner of NW
¼ Section 17‑T68N‑R14W connecting with US 63.
NOW,
THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa Department of Transportation approve
the removal of Unsigned Iowa 957 in
